Complete Turbo-Side Intake System (S63)
VTT is proud to offer a true full turbo-side intake system for the BMW F9X M5 and M8 platforms, equipped with the S63 engine, that eliminates every factory airflow restriction from the turbocharger inlet all the way to the air filter.
Most intake kits on the market only replace the upper airbox or filter section, while leaving the restrictive factory molded plastic turbo inlet piping in place. That turbo-side inlet is the primary airflow choke point on the S63 platformāmeaning those kits only address half of the problem.
Our system replaces the entire factory intake tract, starting directly at the turbochargers, with precision-machined 6061-T6 billet adapters that bolt straight to the compressor inlets. Airflow then transitions smoothly into reinforced 2.5ā ā 4ā high-temperature silicone tubing, finishing with dual VTT 4ā dry-element air filters.
This is a true unrestricted intake systemāno factory bottlenecks left behindāallowing the S63 to breathe properly under both stock and increased airflow demand.

The GC āF-RBā or Full-Rebrand.ĀThis is an all-new take on the VTT N54 āGCā turbocharger, using 100% new parts throughout that is pure performance. Some of the new groundbreaking features include: All turbine side parts are now fully cast from 310 Stainless Steel for increased temperature resistance, and ultimate corrosion resistance. We also fully redesigned the turbine housing -the F-RB's have a much larger volute as well as a proprietary AR which will dramatically increase flow capacity, helping to eliminate stress on the turbine wheel. Fully redesigned compressor housings which now include V-band OR Hose Barb connection options (while our current stock of hose barb connections last). The CHRAās are redesigned with new compressor wheels, bullet nuts, and better internal parts. These are new turbochargers from the compressor housing to the bearing housing, to the turbine housing, we had them engineered to fit in the stock N54 location, but provide the full flow of a much larger turbo, and providing a flow increase over the V2 āGCā.Ā
