    Running an open turbo, and want to straight out the airflow to the compressor for extra efficiency. Our billet velocity stack is what you need. Backed by physics a Bellmouth or velocity stack will help smooth the air coming into the turbocharger or on NA cars. These are made from 6061-T6, and anodized in a variety of colors and sizes. Currently, we offer 3", 4", and 5" These are suitable to fit any intake tubing or turbocharger inlet with that size. These are available with or without a silicone connector and clamps. Our V-Stacks are also made to extend down on the outside so you can attach a Vibrant S&B or other compatible 7" Filter on the 3"/4" version. Features:
    • Smooth air before it enters the turbocharger or Intake
    • Very low profile, only sticking 2.5" above the turbocharger inlet. Even if you have no room for a filter these will fit
    • Fits all turbochargers with a 3", 4" or 5" inlet including PTE Sportsman Cover!
    • 3" and 4" version works with Vibrant #10961 7" filter or S&B 1032 FilterĀ  if you have room

    Why the S63 Needs a Proper Blow-Off Valve

    As capable as the S63 platform is in the F9X M5 and M8, one critical component is missing from the factory configuration: a true diverter valve (DV) or blow-off valve (BOV) to properly vent excess boost pressure during throttle lift.

    From the factory, the S63 relies on Valvetronic to manage pressure relief. While this strategy works from an OEM drivability standpoint, it is not an effective method of fully venting boost pressure. Under higher load, rapid throttle closures, or tuned conditions, this can lead to compressor surge, increased stress on the turbochargers, and reduced turbocharger longevity over time.

    The VTT BOV Kit adds the missing mechanical venting solution the S63 needs. By properly evacuating excess boost pressure during throttle lift, this system:

    • Reduces compressor surge

    • Protects turbochargers under aggressive driving

    • Improves long-term reliability

      • Delivers some BOV sound, but volume varies by conditions (full boost lift = louder, light throttle = minimal or none)
      • Not designed for soundā€”thatā€™s just a byproduct
      • Primary purpose is turbocharger longevityā€”the S63 HIGHLY benefits from a properly functioning BOV

    This is a functional upgrade firstā€”sound is simply the byproduct.

    Complete Turbo-Side Intake System (S63)

    VTT is proud to offer a true full turbo-side intake system for the BMW F9X M5 and M8 platforms, equipped with the S63 engine, that eliminates every factory airflow restriction from the turbocharger inlet all the way to the air filter.

    Most intake kits on the market only replace the upper airbox or filter section, while leaving the restrictive factory molded plastic turbo inlet piping in place. That turbo-side inlet is the primary airflow choke point on the S63 platformā€”meaning those kits only address half of the problem.

    Our system replaces the entire factory intake tract, starting directly at the turbochargers, with precision-machined 6061-T6 billet adapters that bolt straight to the compressor inlets. Airflow then transitions smoothly into reinforced 2.5ā€ ā†’ 4ā€ high-temperature silicone tubing, finishing with dual VTT 4ā€ dry-element air filters.

    This is a true unrestricted intake systemā€”no factory bottlenecks left behindā€”allowing the S63 to breathe properly under both stock and increased airflow demand.
