    VTT BMW B58/S58 Custom Carbon Head Gaskets

    Looking for a head gasket for your BMW that will hold ALL of the boost? So were we, and nothing we tried worked. So we took matters into our own hands and had what we wanted made. These gaskets are made out of carbon material, and use stainless steel fire rings to ensure you are not pushing boost into your water jacket or between cylinders. There are two versions:
    • One does NOT require a groove to be cut into the block
    • One DOES require a groove to be machined into the block to accept the fire ring.
    Features:
    • Custom made to our specs from Carbon material that will form your head/deck, and seal oil/water passages while fire rings, keep boost in the combustion chamber
    • FULLY tested in-house on multiple builds to ensure boost level can be achieved
    • They are NOT like the other fire ring gaskets on the marker (SCE/Athena) that do not require machine work, we had zero luck with those. THESE FLAT OUT WORK!

    VTT is proud to offer a Phenolic spacer for the BMW B58 platform. When upgrading to an aluminum charge cooler you get the benefit of a better core, and more cooling capacity, but it also comes with the downside of DIRECT heat transfer from the head to the manifold which can cause heat soak and less-than-ideal IAT's even with an upgraded charge cooler. We manufacture these from G11 Expoxy sheet which has great heat and hardness characteristics, and we feel is the ideal material for this application. The thickness is 8mm.

This kit removes the factory oil filter housing and relocates the filter underneath the vehicle, allowing for easy access and the use of a standard spin-on filter.

    The filter IS ACCESSIBLE even with the aluminum belly pan on, as long as you are not running a stock-style cross over downpipe.

    This kit deletes the factory oil cooler unless you choose to plumb it back in yourself. It is intended primarily for drag racing applications, where oil cooling is not needed for short-duration runs. For street, circuit, or road racing, an oil cooler is highly recommended.

    High-Boost Crankcase Ventilation Adapter for BMW Engines Building or running a high-boost, high-powered BMW engine? Boost increases crankcase pressure, which, if left unchecked, can lead to issues such as smoking, power loss, and even engine failure. Adequate venting is essential for optimal performance and engine health. These are designed to connect directly to S58/B58(TU) stock VC, or screw into ANY VTT Billet or Cast VC While some believe a -10AN vent is sufficient for these builds, the truth is: it’s not. To address this, we developed a larger, more effective solution for our builds—now available for everyone. Our Oil CapĀ adapter securely snaps in place, replacing your oil cap and providing a platform for a -16ORB fitting in a variety of configurations. Choose from -12AN to -20AN fittings, depending on your build’s needs. This cap is thicker than our low-profile option so care must be taken when planning hood clearance for the versatile venting options.

    VTT G90/G99 M5 Complete Turbo-Side Intake System

    VTT is proud to announce the first and only intake system for the G90/G99 M5 that eliminates every factory restriction from turbo to filter. Other ā€œintake kitsā€ on the market only replace the upper half of the system — leaving the restrictive factory turbo inlet piping in place. That is the actual primary airflow choke point… meaning those kits only solve half the problem.

    Our system removes the entire factory tract and replaces it with precision-engineered billet 6061-T6 adapters that bolt directly to the turbochargers, transitioning into reinforced 2.5ā€ → 4ā€ high-temp silicone and finishing with dual VTT 4ā€ dry element filters.

    This is a true full-flow system — no factory bottlenecks — the S68 finally breathes correctly.
