VTT is proud to introduce the Billet DUAL POINT G8X Diff Lockdown Kit—a must-have upgrade for high-performance G80 owners. The factory differential bushings are notoriously soft, allowing excessive diff movement that robs you of traction and stability.

As the G8X platform continues to push performance boundaries, the OEM components reveal their weaknesses. One major flaw? Significant differential deflection under hard launches, often resulting in broken rear bushings—a growing issue in the community.

What BMW should have done from the start—a true DUAL-POINT Lockdown System that secures the differential at four key locations:

• Precision CNC-machined billet pucks at the lower differential mounts

• Matching billet pucks at both secondary subframe points

This setup locks the diff down completely, eliminating unwanted movement and dramatically improving stability under launch and aggressive driving.

Returns due to NVH will not be accepted once the product has been installed.

This product may require exhaust system modifications. Depending on your exhaust brand, fitment, and layout, adjustments may range from minor to significant.

• VTT is not responsible for any necessary exhaust modifications.

• Vehicles using the stock G8X exhaust will almost certainly require modification.
  Returns due to exhaust clearance issues will not be accepted once installed.

Want to tighten up the diff on your 2021+ G8X M3/M4 and help eliminate any extra diff movement on hard launches? We got you covered with our Billet diff inserts. They are machined from 6061-T6, and anodized black for a long-lasting finish. They install easily by removing the diff bolts one at a time, inserting the bushing, and then retorquing each diff bolt. They are sold in 3 ways, front side only, rear side only, and Both front and rear side. Installing the Front side only requires less time, and labor, to install the rear, you must support the diff as you need to completely separate the flange from the supports

Kit includes:

• Optional 4 G8X Front Side Billet Diff bushing inserts
• Optional 4 G8X Rear Side Billet Diff bushing inserts
• Optional 4 12.9 M12 bolts, and hardened Washers

Please note: A slight increase in NVH may be noticed from this product as it stiffens up the rear end, and removes some of the sound dampening of the rubber bushings
