Whether you’re looking to replace your aging plastic OEM valve cover or you’re running a single turbo conversion and need better clearance and heat resistance, this cover delivers on all fronts.

Designed to eliminate the problematic factory PCV system, our cover allows you to configure your PCV setup exactly how you want it. We strongly recommend pairing it with a catch can for optimal performance. Each unit is fully baffled to reduce oil carryover and ensure clean crankcase ventilation.

⚠️ Important Installation & PCV Notes:

When upgrading to an aluminum valve cover, you are removing the factory PCV system and its integrated functionality. If you do not replace it with an external PCV setup, your S55 may smoke or bypass oil under boost or idle conditions.

We highly recommend the following:

• ✅ At a minimum, install an external low-side PCV to ensure vacuum at idle, which aids in turbo oil drainage
• ✅ Block off the head ports to relieve pressure on the valve cover gasket and prevent boost leaks into the crankcase
• ✅ Pair this valve cover with our Modular Catch Can Kits and Head Port Block-Off Kits for the best results
