Looking for a way to do burnouts in your ATC13-2 Equipped Xdrive BMW that doesn’t have an RWD mode such as G-Series non-M vehicles, and SUVs? We were too! VTT is proud to offer the ONLY easy-to-install, plug, and-play Xdriove controller on the market. This device will allow you to turn off, and turn on again your X-drive capability from the driver seat with a remote. While other options do exist such as X-Delete, or an in-dash gauge, one is a very slow process and is not viable to use as a way to do a burnout at the drag strip, and the other is a very expensive, AND very intrusive device that requires removal of most of the dash, and installing a gauge. Our solution takes 30 seconds to install once you gain access to the underside of the vehicle, and can be removed just as easily.

Once installed, you can remotely disable your Xdrive from the driver’s seat to perform your burnout, and then quickly enable it again to perform your launch with AWD active. This action does NOT require a key cycle, as soon as you activate it again the car will dismiss any lights and codes generated. This truly is the best of both worlds for ease of use, practicality, and effectiveness, all while coming at a very affordable price.

This device uses a BMW plug on one end, and our custom-printed male plug on the other, for a plug, and play OEM fit. NO cutting any wires!

PLEASE NOTE: WHEN ACTIVATED YOUR DASH WILL LIGHT UP WITH CODES BECAUSE YOU ARE IN ESSENCE DISCONNECTING THE TRANSFER CASE. YOU MAY ALSO EXPERIENCE SPORT STEERING DURING THIS TIME WHICH MEANS A HARDER-TO-TURN WHEEL. THIS IS ALL NORMAL. WE ONLY SUGGEST USING THE DEVICE FOR SHORT PERIODS OF TIME, SUCH A BURNOUT AT THE STAGING AREA OF A DRAG RACE. IN SOME INSTANCES, THE CAR WILL NOT ALLOW A BURNOUT IF THE BRAKE, AND THROTTLE ARE APPLIED AT THE SAME TIME DUE TO ECU LOGIC, IN THESE INSTANCES INSTALLING OUR WIRELESS LINE LOCK ELIMINATES THIS ISSUE. MANY TIMES AN AFTERMARKET TUNE WILL ALSO ELIMINATE THIS ISSUE.

VTT BMW Wireless Plug, and Play Line Lock Kit

VTT is proud to offer a truly plug-and-play line lock kit for select BMW vehicles that does NOT require running wiring inside the car, mounted switches, holes in the dash, etc. Our newly designed and released line lock kits use a 40amp wireless remote control switch with 4 different modes that allow you to tailor your line lock setup exactly as you prefer. You simply install the solenoids, install the harness with the switch which has all the wiring terminated, bleed the brakes, and you are ready for effortless burnouts which will not be interfered with by the DME because you are holding the brakes, nor wear your rear brake pads. You can store the remote anywhere in your vehicle, center console, cup holder, door cup holder, etc., and when you need to do a burnout to heat your race tires it's in arm's reach without running any wiring into the vehicle.

Fitment is confirmed for G8X M3/4, A9X Supra - The kit itself including lines, solenoids, etc will fit most all late model BMW Chassis including F8X, F3X, G2X, etc. The main concern will be mounting the wireless switch in the passenger cowl area.
