VTT Modular Silicone/Billet Intake System – BMW G2/3/4X B58TU
VTT is proud to announce our Modular Silicone/Billet Intake System for the BMW G2/3/4X platforms equipped with the B58TU engine.
After extensive testing and countless hours of fitting, we’ve created an intake system that delivers both optimized airflow and factory-level fitment.
Why Upgrade?
The factory BMW airbox itself performs well, but the intake tract down to the turbo is full of twists, turns, bellows, and even a built-in silencer that restricts flow and robs power. Our system eliminates these bottlenecks and replaces them with a 3″–3.5″ free-flowing silicone intake tube, paired with either:

The stock airbox (for OEM appearance and sound), or

Our 6″ high-flow cone filter with integrated velocity stack (for maximum airflow and sound).
From testing, we’ve confirmed the stock airbox is capable of supporting up to 700WHP. Beyond that, we recommend stepping up to the 6″ cone filter system.

Applications
⚠️ Note on PTC Heater:
This system removes the factory PTC heater. A “shadow code” may appear in the DME. In our testing, this does not trigger a check engine light, but the code will be visible if scanned. To eliminate it, coding is required.
