VTT is proud to release our Billet Aluminum Valve Cover for the B58 Gen 1 platform. Designed for B58 owners looking to enhance engine bay aesthetics while addressing the limitations of the factory plastic valve cover, this upgrade is a functional and visual game-changer.

The OEM plastic cover is known to crack with age and mileage, and its built-in PCV system often causes issues. Our billet cover eliminates these problems and gives you full control over your PCV setup. We recommend pairing it with our B58 Catch Can Kit for maximum performance and crankcase pressure management.

For additional crankcase venting, we offer multiple breather options, including a one-way stainless breather and our popular oil cap breather.

⚠️ Important Notes on Installation & PCV Function:

Switching to an aluminum valve cover removes the factory-integrated PCV system. If you do not replace it with a proper external PCV setup, your B58 may smoke or bypass oil, especially under boost.

We strongly recommend:

• Installing an external low-side PCV system to provide vacuum at idle (aids turbo oil drainage)
• Blocking the cylinder head ports, so the valve cover gasket isn’t solely responsible for sealing out boost
• Pairing the valve cover with our Modular Catch Can Kit and Head Port Block-Off Kit for best results
